Our appointment times are flexible and we can work around your needs. In addition to flexible appointments, we also offer a home selection service for our elderly and disabled customers. If you cannot get to us, then we will come to you!

you can't have great flooring without a great fitter. Raven Flooring offers a full fitting service using only our recommended fitters. Our fitters have extensive experience fitting flooring and guarantee a professional finish. We also guarantee all of our fitting, so in the unlikely event something goes wrong, we will make sure the issue is resolved quickly and without fuss.

If you need an insurance quotation, that means something has gone wrong. Raven Flooring has a no fuss approach to insurance quotations. We will quickly assess the work required and provide a written quotation on letterhead paper, supplied either to you, or directly to your insurance company if neccesary.

To allow us to accurately quote you, we will attend your property, measure the affected areas, and ascertain if any remedial work is required to put things right. Where possible we will quote to include the remedial work, if the work is outside the scope of our fitters capabiites (damp etc) we will provide advice as to what steps you should take to get the problem solved.

Got some carpet left over? More often than not, you will have some smaller off cuts of carpet left over. Why let them go to waste? Raven Flooring offer a binding service to turn scrap carpet pieces into a rug. Pop your off cuts into the shop, we will discuss what size (and sometimes shape) you want, and we will arrange for these to go to our authorised weaver and have your otherwise useless off cuts, made useful!
